یادآوری و قدردانی باعث خروج انسان از پنهانکاری و کفر میشود.
2) نقش انسان در هستی
هر انسان نقشی ویژه دارد و باید این نقش را کشف کند.
«دیدهشدن» نتیجه درست اجرا کردن نقش است.
نیروهای بازدارنده نقش فرد را کمرنگ میکنند.
3) تفاوت استاد خوب با استاد بد
استاد خوب: ـ تواناییها، استعدادها و پتانسیلهای شاگرد را میبیند.
ـ باعث رشد، امید، انگیزه و اعتمادبهنفس میشود.
استاد بد: ـ فقط ضعفها را میبیند.
ـ بهمرور امید و انرژی را از انسان میگیرد.
