Dear Hossein,
It was my pleasure to have a role in Congress 60’s celebration of International Authors’ Day. I was particularly delighted with the videos and photos you shared that allowed me to see everyone’s reactions to the words that Ehsan shared on my behalf. Preparing those remarks made me think of the many authors who have influenced me that are no longer with us, including our mutual friend Dr. Ernie Kurtz. It was wonderful that the two of you got to know each other and exchange ideas before Ernie’s passing. We will both do our best to carry forward as best we can Ernie’s passion for recovery and his gift of written communication.
