I hope you are gradually and steadily returning to full health. This would bring great joy to all of us. I am also doing well and keeping busy with my daily activities, while occasionally undergoing medical tests for routine checkups.
You may remember the book Weight Loss and the Structure of the Human Body, for which you kindly wrote an introduction and which I published in Persian. So far, the book has gone through three printings, with 10,000 copies printed in each edition, and I am now planning the fourth printing.
This book is gradually finding its place among weight-management programs, with the hope that one day it will rise to the top among weight-loss methods.
As you know well, Congress 60 is currently active in the treatment of drug addiction, smoking cessation, and weight management.
For smoking cessation, the William White Legions are very active, and the number of people achieving freedom from nicotine continues to increase. At the same time, the weight-loss/weight-gain legions are flourishing and attracting many participants.
Regarding weight management at Congress 60, it sometimes seems as though a kind of magic or extraordinary transformation is taking place. Why?
Because the weight-management program, which I have named the Dezhakam Method, causes overweight individuals to lose weight when they follow it, while the very same program helps underweight individuals gain weight.
In reality, with the Dezhakam Method, we teach people how to eat properly, and the rest—whether the body needs to lose or gain weight—is left to the body itself.
Now that you have lost 30 pounds, I would suggest following this method to help you return to your ideal weight.

Another matter is that the preparation of the D.Sap has now been completed, and we are currently planning the next stage, which will begin in approximately one month. We will need to prepare a large quantity of apples and grapes to produce the next batch.
As for Congress 60, due to recent circumstances and the war, our overall efficiency declined somewhat for a period. Fortunately, conditions have now returned to normal, and both our activities and the admission of newcomers are once again at their usual level.
