Communications of Hossein and Bill (Reply to Bill, April 21, 2026)

April 21, 2026

Dear Bill,

Please do not worry about me, my family members, or the members of Congress 60—we are all doing well and are in good health.

Our main challenge at the moment is the internet disruption, which has made it difficult for us to continue our scientific work, as we have been in constant contact with various journals and numerous conferences. However, this issue will also be resolved soon.

The amphetamine paper and the fentanyl paper have been accepted for quite some time, and the opium paper is in its final stage of review. I believe that once the opium paper is accepted, since all three papers have been submitted to the same journal, the International Journal of Psychiatry, the journal may choose to publish all three at the same time.

These three papers examine the subject of addiction from a new perspective, using highly precise experiments. They will open a new chapter in the treatment of various addictions and guide us toward creating a framework in addiction similar to the periodic table in chemistry. This work will demonstrate that the treatment of different types of addiction—whether to alcohol, stimulants, or narcotics—can follow a unified protocol.

Dear Bill,

considering the current circumstances, I will conclude my note here, wishing you health and prosperity. I hope that once the internet situation improves, I will be able to provide more complete letters and reports.

Your friend and brother on earth and in heaven,
Hossein
