Achieving Balance in Body Weight through the Dezhakam Method
The tenth session of the first round of the Weight Gain and Loss Legion was held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 7:30 a.m., guided by the weight-loss traveler, Reza.
Mr. Reza’s Words:
I am Reza, a traveler. It’s a true privilege to be here with you today, learning and growing together. I thank God countless times for granting us the opportunity to gather here and learn from these invaluable educational CDs.
Today’s agenda is titled “Food,” and we are also celebrating the one-year liberation anniversary of our dear Mahdi from Gorgan, a pupil of healthy nutrition.
Mahdi, I’m truly happy that your journey led you to Tehran, giving me the honor of meeting and accompanying you in your weight-loss journey. Today marks one year since your liberation—a true turning point in your life, which also made you the first person in your region to achieve liberation through weight loss.
Your achievements go far beyond this one year. With dedication, you have earned the position of a weight-loss guide, and with love and knowledge, you’ve already helped two others reach their liberation. You also serve your branch faithfully, becoming a true role model and a guiding light for many pupils.
It’s an honor for me to have played even a small part in this meaningful journey. Your journey shows that with guidance and adherence to principles, even the most difficult paths can become easy and lead to the best results.
Now, let’s turn to the CD titled “Food” and explore Mr. Dezhakam’s profound insights in the CD “Body Structure 3.” These teachings have opened a new window for me to better understand the body and its real needs. I’ve listened to this CD many times, and with each listening, I discover new layers of meaning. Recently, a question came to my mind: Where does the feeling of hunger actually come from? Why does our body send out a hunger signal?
In the CD “Body Structure 3,” Mr. Dezhakam mentions the phenomenon of cravings in pregnant women and explains that these desires arise from the body’s specific physiological needs during that time. That made me wonder, could ordinary hunger be the same? When we feel hungry, could it be that our body is actually signaling a lack of vital elements such as calcium, magnesium, or phosphorus?
Often, when we feel this signal, we respond the wrong way, for example, by eating sweets just to silence the hunger. Yet this doesn’t resolve the body’s real need, so hunger soon returns. Do foods like lasagna or pasta truly replenish the body’s stores of calcium, potassium, and phosphorus? For the body to survive and function properly, it needs amino acids, which must be supplied through protein sources.
This is exactly where the Healthy Nutrition Method introduced by Mr. Dezhakam proves its effectiveness.
Eating a salad about 30 minutes before the main meal nourishes the body with potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, and a variety of vitamins. This simple habit meets much of the body’s real needs and helps reduce both hunger and fatigue. Then, when we eat the main meal, the
body is in its optimal state to receive and absorb nutrients. If we neglect this proper cycle, we can’t expect to achieve the desired results.
I hope that by gaining a deeper understanding of these teachings, we can all keep our bodies in their best condition and take steadier steps on the path toward liberation and health.

Greetings and respect to all dear friends of Congress 60, I am Mahdi, a traveler of the Weight Loss Legion, and today I am here with a heart full of gratitude and appreciation.
My journey began at 102 kilograms, and today, at the time of my liberation, I weigh 84 kilograms — an 18-kilogram loss achieved through effort, learning, and love within Congress 60. I hope this message of liberation and health reaches every person on Earth, and that all dear members of the Weight Loss Legion experience the sweet taste of liberation.
I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to my dear guide, Mr. Reza, at the Academy branch, who, with knowledge and patience, illuminated the path of healthy nutrition for me and taught me the right way to live.
One story that profoundly moved me along this journey, and which I wish to share with you, is “The Tale of the Ascetic and the Pious Man.” It illustrates how ignorance and inattention can expose us to greater dangers. In this story, a man who could speak with all creatures was struck by a clay brick falling from the ceiling. He asked the brick, “Why didn’t you warn me about this?” The brick replied, “I warned you many times when the wall and ceiling began to crack, but you did not pay attention. I could no longer endure until you realized the ceiling was about to collapse.”
The structure of my body, before joining Congress 60, was like that crumbling house. During my time of substance use, I suffered a minor stroke and was so weak that I couldn’t even alert my companion about my critical condition. When I first entered Congress 60, I faced many physical challenges, but through the right method and invaluable teachings, I gradually overcame them.

I remember that at the beginning of my journey with the Healthy Nutrition Legion, I couldn’t even walk for two minutes. But with genuine effort, inner determination, and discipline, I began from those two minutes. Today, in the city of Gorgan, I can confidently start walking from any point without fear of distance or fatigue. This demonstrates that I began from a single point and have steadily progressed along the path of growth and development.

The key to success on this path lies in consistent effort, discipline, and patience. With these three elements, one can overcome any challenge and reach the shores of peace and health.
