It is best to do this during sunrise, as this is when the highest levels of endorphins are released in the body, making us feel more vibrant and lively throughout the day. Each kilogram of excess weight exerts the pressure equivalent to 10 kilograms on the spine, knees, neck, and even on the ankles and soles of the feet. You should calculate how much excess weight you have and what pressure your body parts are enduring. Weight loss is essential for health and for learning the right way to live.
