Eating Is Not Enough; The Way We Eat Matters More

The Tenth Session of the First Round of Jones’s Legion (Weight Loss and Gain Legion), under the guidance of Traveler Reza, with the agenda of CD “Letter 10”
Hello friends, I am Reza, a traveler on the path of weight loss.
Today, I would like to take you on an inner journey into the body, which has sometimes been compared to a city, a factory, or even a battlefield. But today, let us think of it as a 24-hour battlefield, where a silent yet relentless struggle is always taking place.
In this battlefield, cancer cells are constantly trying to take control, while at the same time the body’s defense system — the immune system — fights with all its strength to suppress diseases and protect us. But in this tough battle, what do we truly need? You guessed it — ammunition! And where does this ammunition come from? From nutrition!
Imagine the body as a factory. The best model for supplying energy to this factory is three regular, balanced meals a day. Why? Because, as mentioned in the CD “Letter 10”, eating alone is not enough; the way we eat matters more. We need to know what we are giving our bodies. Fresh vegetables, fruits, sufficient fluids, vitamins, and even eggs (a treasure trove of B vitamins) all serve as ammunition that strengthens the immune system. Scientific studies have also emphasized the importance of compounds like D-sap, as they provide exactly the type of ammunition the body needs.
Now that we have talked about ammunition, let’s turn to another vital element: physical activity and exercise. Unlike a machine that wears out with use, the human body becomes stronger with every step, every movement, and every workout. Just half an hour of walking each day not only keeps the body energized, but also supports vital processes such as regular bowel movements. Our body is made to move — that’s the law of nature.
Next, we come to the most important part of this battle: knowledge and encouragement of the body. Did you know that negative thoughts, despair, and depression can act like a chemical bomb on our own front, weakening the immune system? On the other hand, trust in God, a positive mindset, and a strong worldview strengthen our immune system and give us the motivation to enjoy life. This is how we encourage the body — an inner force that gives us the strength to keep going.
Remember, using substances like drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes is like dropping a chemical bomb right in the middle of this battlefield — a devastating blow that can undo all the body’s efforts.
In conclusion, Mr. Dezhakam’s research has shown that the definitive cure for addiction, using the DST method and the OT medication, has produced remarkable results. By undergoing the process himself and then conducting extensive research, he gained a deeper understanding of the “X system” — a complex set of biological factors common to all diseases. His research has not only helped to definitively cure thousands of people, but has also changed our perspective on health and illness.
Thank you for listening to me.
