The discussion surrounding D-Sap is grounded in science. Articles about this extract have been presented at the American Medical Congress, particularly in the areas of influenza, COVID-19, and respiratory illnesses. Articles on D-sap, highlighting its anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties, have been published in top-tier international and American journals. Each article was rigorously peer-reviewed by a panel of qualified experts before publication, and after their evaluation and approval, it was published.
We are now discussing a subject that has been reviewed and accepted by experts and reputable international journals. It quickly gained international attention and was published in journals from Thailand, China, France, Spain, and Italy, as well as at the International Food Congress in Karaj. It has also been awarded several honorary distinctions. Regarding the effect of D-sap on the coronavirus, I must state that following the research and experiments conducted by the Congress 60 research team at Baqiyatallah University Hospital, we cultured the coronavirus on surfaces, and found that even at a 12.5% concentration, this extract could eliminate the virus.
In the next stage, experiments were conducted on animal models. Infected lab rats were placed in a sealed room where D-Sap vapor was dispersed into the air. What is D-sap? D-sap is neither alcohol nor vinegar—it belongs to a unique third category that combines the benefits of both, yet significantly more effective than both. We refer to it as an apple extract, but it could also be dubbed the “elixir of health”. What does D-sap do? D-sap enables the full absorption of all vitamins present in food into the body. We may not fully realize the importance of this issue, but have you ever wondered why, despite the fact that people today consume a wide variety of foods, their physical health lags behind that of their ancestors—who had access to a much more limited range of food?
The human body is complex, but everything works with the right key. It’s now clear that simply taking various vitamins isn’t enough, because it has now been proven that the absorption of these vitamins requires other minerals and trace elements. Without these co-factors in the body, even taking thousands of multivitamin pills and capsules won’t make up for the deficiency. For instance: Vitamin B complex—especially B6—requires specific dietary components. Vitamin B12 can’t be absorbed without intrinsic factor, whose production diminishes or stops entirely in cases of gastric disorders. Similarly, iron absorption depends entirely on vitamin C coadministration.
In fact, D-sap contains essential nutrients that we would normally need to absorb through a specialized diet. D-sap is far more beneficial than apple cider vinegar. In fact it retains all the benefits of apple cider vinegar while possessing additional therapeutic properties that vinegar lacks.
How was D-sap created? Mr. Hossein Dezhakam says about this: "Things have always moved ahead of me. Usually, researchers take the lead and their work follows them, but in my case, it’s been the other way around – the work progress first, and I follow its lead. This formula wasn’t developed through a pre-planned process; rather, it was developed according to the principle that “the path is revealed with progress.” Mr. Dezhakam owned an apple orchard, but due to the low prices offered by middlemen, he refused to sell the apples. Following a suggestion by Mr. Amin Dezhakam, he began producing apple cider vinegar. As he continued, the path gradually became clearer, and through trial and error, he eventually discovered the formula for this elixir.
What are the properties of apple cider vinegar? Apple cider vinegar has long been valued for its various uses. Historically, it was employed as a disinfectant in times of war and used as a culinary condiment in households. In sacred scriptures and traditional narratives, it has been referred to as an elixir. Vinegar is a sour liquid formed through the combination of ethanol in apples and oxygen. It contains acetic acid – a powerful disinfectant that makes up 3 to 5% of synthetic vinegar and 4 to 18% of apple cider vinegar, making it highly beneficial. It should be noted that white vinegar should be used exclusively for cleaning dishes and disinfecting surfaces, and is not suitable for consumption anymore. One notable benefit of apple cider vinegar is its ability to increase saliva production. Saliva contains protein-digesting enzymes that improve food digestion, as well as Opiorphin, a compound six times more powerful than morphine.
What are the benefits of “D-sap” and what does it do? Mr. Dezhakam says: "‘OT’ (opium tincture) helps regenerate the X system, while D-sap contributes to the restoration of the body’s physiological system." The properties of D-sap include:
1) Potassium in D-sap: One of the main components of this formula is potassium. Potassium plays a vital role in maintaining skin firmness by helping the skin adhere to underlying muscles. A deficiency in potassium can lead to loose, sagging skin, facial wrinkles, and drooping eyelids. D-sap helps prevent these conditions. When potassium levels are low, the skin on the face, chin, or neck may become flabby and sag, and the eyelids may droop Women can use D-Sap as a natural alternative to expensive creams and cosmetics. Potassium deficiency can also cause fatigue with minimal effort, reduced memory, irritability, nervousness, and depression. In some cases, it may lead to adrenal insufficiency, cellular disorders, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and diabetes.
2) Fatty Liver: D-Sap may help fully reverse fatty liver disease within about six months of consistent use.
3) Bad Breath: Due to the presence of natural enzymes, D-sap helps eliminate bad breath effectively.
4) D-sap and Weight Balance: D-sap helps underweight individuals gain weight. People who remain extremely thin despite eating normally- yet never reach a healthy weight - lack certain enzymes needed for nutrient absorption. As a result, their bodies are unable to properly absorb nutrients from food. D-sap compensates for this enzyme deficiency. Additionally, the presence of other enzymes in D-sap boosts metabolic activity, aiding in weight loss for overweight individuals.
5) Youthfulness with D-sap: Mr. Dezhakam states: “If D-sap is used correctly, it can add 10 to 15 years to a person's lifespan”— a truly delightful and astonishing revelation for those whose physical constitution has been damaged and requires repair and regeneration. Cortisone is one of the most widely used anti-inflammatory substances today, but its use weakens the immune system. However, D-sap is a natural anti-inflammatory substance that, due to its rich content of minerals and trace elements, also strengthens the immune system and helps prevent diseases such as multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis, and others.
6) D-sap for Diabetes and Hypertension: D-sap possesses anti-viral, anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, and anti-lipid (fat-fighting) properties. When taken, it helps dilate blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and is also effective in reducing blood sugar levels.
7) The Effect of D-sap on Constipation: You’ve likely heard that "constipation is the root cause of many diseases." In Congress 60, one of the most common challenges for travelers during their first journey (first stage of recovery) was constipation, which was often dismissed as something to simply endure. However, D-sap has resolved this issue—even curing intestinal colitis, a condition that typically requires surgery.

9) Six Acids in D-sap: This solution has been analyzed in some of the most advanced laboratories, and was found to contain six types of edible acids, most of which have antiviral properties. These acids are: Citric Acid 0.029%, Tartaric Acid 0.033%, Gallic Acid 0.00027%, Lactic Acid, 1.1%, Malic Acid 0.07%, Acetic Acid 2.5%.
The difference between D-sap, Vinegar and Kimchi:
Lactic acid percentage in D-sap has been compared with widely-consumed food products known for their high lactic acid concentrations. Lactic acid demonstrates superior antimicrobial properties compared to other organic acids. The lactic acid content in apple-based and grape-based D-sap has been measured using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), with results showing 1.1% and 1.3%, respectively. As a result, the lactic acid concentration in D-sap is approximately five times higher than that reported for rice vinegar, and nearly thirty times greater than that of apple cider vinegar.
The lactic acid content in kimchi has been reported to range from 0.6% to 0.8%, which is lower than that of D-sap. This high percentage of lactic acid in D-sap alone reflects the significant nutritional and functional value of the product. Furthermore, vinegar is typically produced in about 40 days using overripe or damaged apples, whereas D-sap is made over a period of 10 to 11 months using only fresh, spotless apples and follows a meticulous 14-stage production process.
Mr. Mansouri, one of the Didebans (watchmen), made a heartfelt remark worth mentioning: All the apples used in D-sap production are purchased with mutual satisfaction and positive energy. For example, There was once an elderly woman whose entire livelihood came from just ten apple trees. The offers she received weren’t enough to sustain her needs—until Congress 60 stepped in and purchased her apples at a fair, respectful price. Undoubtedly, the positive energy of the farmers—who are genuinely pleased with the fair sale of their crops along with the dedication and heartfelt effort of everyone involved in the production process of D-sap, deeply influence the quality and final outcome of the product.
