Question-and-Answer Session with the Esteemed Successor of the Founder of Congress 60, Master Amin Dezhakam (Part of “Responsibility” Audio-file)

On Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the end of the public educational workshop of Congress 60, Army Branch, a question-and-answer session was held regarding the concepts of Worldview and the treatment journey.
The questions from Travelers and Companions and the answers provided by the esteemed Dideban (Watcher) and the successor to the Base of Congress 60, Master Amin Dezhakam, are as follows:
Regarding the upcoming Guide exam, do you have any advice or recommendations?
For this exam, it is important to make continuous efforts. This means that you should not gather all the materials and then decide to take ten or fifteen days off to study all at once. Although this method may work for some people, it is not a reasonable approach.
Set aside a small amount of time each day and gradually increase your study time. When you get closer to the exam, especially during the last month, study with greater strength and focus.
If you do not understand some issues, ask about the subjects you do not understand so that they can be explained and opened up for you. From the materials you study, it is highly important to take notes.
Start from now. Study one and a half hours every day so that, little by little, these teachings become internalized within you.
Make your effort; the result is not that important, if you did not succeed this year, you can take the exam again next year. Study with peace and calmness. If you enjoy while you studying the materials, you will certainly achieve a better result than when you study with stress and the pressure of thinking, “What will happen if I do not pass?” This thought itself prevents learning, and time is lost.
Question: My Traveler completed his journey, achieved Liberation from addiction, and has returned [used drugs again], but I feel that he has no desire to come back to Congress 60. How should I behave toward him?
Dr. Amin Dezhakam: We see that when these individuals return to Congress 60 after some time has passed (for example, after a year), they may feel like a stranger because what attracts a person to Congress 60 is the bond of love.
It is only the bond of love that keeps us connected to one another [this is a part of Congress 60 messages]. A loving attitude or a kind interaction can make a great difference. The elders and representatives of the branches should pay attention to this matter. When someone returns [to drugs], Congress 60 members should receive them with love and kindness. This is the external aspect.
In the internal aspect, there are many “fruit juices” within Congress 60 that you need to discover. For example, “sports” is one of them. There are various activities, classes, Taleghani Park, Congress 60’s Music Legion, Jones’s Legion, William White’s Legion, and different services. You need to connect yourself to these “fruit juices” of Congress 60. If you do this, your connection and bond for staying will gradually be formed.
When a person only wants to repeat the same previous activities; since the previous journey has already ended, if such a person wants to sit in the same Legion again and experience the same feelings, it does not happen; the previous season has passed. It is like a child who enjoys using his bed and toys, but when he becomes sixteen years old, can he still enjoy those same things? No, that same feeling is no longer created.
These individuals either must also move toward other experiences. Therefore, guide him to experience the other “fruit juices” of Congress 60. If he experiences them, his connection will certainly be established somewhere.
Question: My Traveler has been traveling for five years. Everything is organized; his sleep, nutrition, and all aspects are good, but he still has not been liberated from addiction. What is the reason?
Dr. Amin replied, that is a miracle (laughingly). The issue is that he has not yet reached the point of awakening. In other words, he has not yet reached the point where he truly feels the damage and destruction caused by his own condition and gains awareness of it.
This is an important matter. Of course, there are other factors as well. If someone in Congress 60 does not properly transcribe their educational audio-files [CDs], does not perform their services, and only comes and attends the Legion, this can also affect their awakening.
My recommendation is that he should try Laleh Park. Sometimes we send those who have difficulties in their treatment journey to Laleh Park because it has a different atmosphere and very positive energy. It is possible that a point of reflection or awakening may occur there. I recommend serving in Congress 60 and going to Laleh Park. Swimming can also be helpful. These experiences may awaken certain senses within him.
Question: How can one join Congress 60’s Music Legion?
The Music Legion usually announces a call for recruitment every one year, one and a half years, or two years. The reason is that we want the Music Legion to remain a strong and capable Legion.
The members of Music legion (both among Companions Travelers) must be liberated from addiction and they must have a shawl of serving [like an orange shawl for guides, or a cream shawl for agents, etc.] Travelers must also have a stable serving position and some months must have passed since their Liberation.
These individuals can participate in the recruitment call and, if accepted, join the Legion. The next call may take place within the coming months.
This call will likely be made sooner for men. Since there are fewer male participants, it will probably take place within the next two or three months. Women who join tend to stay and have a very low dropout rate, so we cannot issue the call as quickly for them. In contrast, because the dropout rate among men is higher, we are able to do so sooner.
Question: Why are Congress 60 members required to transcribe educational audio-files [CDs]? Why can’t a person achieve Liberation from addiction only by listening to them?
Dr. Amin Dezhakam: Have you ever heard this proverb in Persian? “Hearing is never the same as seeing.” This applies here as well. Writing is itself similar to meditation. When you listen to an audio-file, you can do other things at the same time. You can listen while cooking, driving, or talking with others. Here, mere listening is like water that is spread everywhere. But when you transcribe an audio-file, you cannot do anything else. If you miss a part, you have to go back and listen again. What does this indicate? It indicates when you are writing; concentration, awareness, memory, and that all of your inner forces must come together and become focused so that you can perform this task. This concentration and presence of mind have the greatest effect.
Have you heard this verse “Nun and by the Pen and what it inscribes” ن ۚ وَالْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ"" from the Holy Quran [Surah Al-Qalam, verse 1]. It means that you must take the pen in your hand and write. It means that you have to take up your pen and write. Unless it is put into writing and recorded by the pen, that event and miracle will never take place.
Question: When we feel as if we are in a swamp, all of our senses and feelings are blocked, and nothing has meaning for us, how can we open our sensation? If purification and refinement are the path, what is the first step?
The first step is for a person to accept responsibility for their actions. Wherever you are in life, you have responsibilities toward certain people and certain matters. You have a sister, a brother, children, friends and acquaintances, a job and customers, studies and assignments. The first thing is to take care of the unfinished and accumulated tasks.
Your tooth is damaged, but you do not go to the dentist. Your kidney has a problem, but you do not seek treatment. You keep postponing everything because you do not have the energy or motivation. However, when you begin doing the necessary and essential things, even with difficulty and frustration, suddenly you see that an opening occurs and your sensation begin to awaken.
For example, if your tooth hurts, it brings tears to your eyes. You may take painkillers, but eventually you must deal with it.
You need to find these types of tasks and begin doing them. These are the things that are causing destruction. The more you move forward without addressing them, the greater the damage becomes. When you stop this destruction—even with force and without enthusiasm—when you do it with good intention while being tired, you will realize that a change and opening are taking place within your feelings.
Question: The feeling is the first force operates Wisdom. What is the relationship between belief and sensation? Sometimes our beliefs create our feelings, and sometimes the opposite happens. Which one comes first?
The answer is in the Tenth Valley. Focus on the cycle that is presented there:
Healthy contemplation → Healthy faith → Healthy action→ Healthy sensation→ Healthy Wisdom→ Healthy Love→ Healthy contemplation
It also explains that healthy faith, which is related to belief, is part of this cycle.
Focus on this cycle, and if you cannot understand the connection between these elements, bring up the question again so that it can be explained further.
Question: Is the nature of human beings changeable?
Dr. Amin Dezhakam: If by the nature of human beings we mean creation itself—such as the intellect, the spirit, and the soul—then it is like the essential parts of a machine, such as its chassis and gearbox. These do not change. However, the quality and capability of these parts can change, and the engine can become more advanced. If the question refers to the number of components of creation, then no, they do not change. But if it refers to the nature and quality of these components, then yes, they can change
Question: In the book Crossing the 60-Degree Below Zero Zone, it is mentioned that education takes place in other dimensions and other worlds. Could you explain this?
It is stated in the book Crossing the Zone of 60 Degrees Below Zero that education takes place in other dimensions and other worlds. Could you explain this concept?
Dr. Amin Dezhakam: Evolution exists in all dimensions of existence and, in its broader sense, flows through all the cycles of creation. Wherever there is evolution, there must certainly be education as well. The question, then, is: What form does this education take? It is an education that is appropriate to the individuals who receive it.
We can distinguish between two types of knowledge:
1. Specialized knowledge, such as physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
2. Fundamental knowledge, which is essentially the science of life. In this sense, worldview constitutes the science of life. The fundamental knowledge in all dimensions of life [in all worlds] is the science of life and the science of worldview.
The fundamental science or the science of life is a field of knowledge related to human senses, human thought, and human actions, and it exists in all dimensions of existence. Specialized sciences also exist in those dimensions; yes, they certainly do.
Question: My parents have always discriminated between me and my brothers and sisters. Can I forgive them?
Dr. Amin Dezhakam: Discrimination is necessary! A good child should receive attention, and an impolite child should be ignored. This behavior is not strange. For example, when parents have a child who is sick, suffering, or struggling with addiction, they naturally pay more attention to that child. This type of difference is based on behavior and circumstances, and there is no requirement for everyone to be treated exactly the same.
A child who spends time for the family, makes sacrifices, is organized, responsible, and committed will naturally receive different treatment compared to a child who follows a different path.
If in a family the parents are unbalanced and do injustice, you should still consider that these parents brought you into this world. You grew up in that family and sat at their table [you have been fed by them]. Perhaps they gave less to you and more to another person, but you must also look at everything they have done for you. Your parents have done many things for you. Your mother carried you in her womb for nine months and went through difficulties for you.
Now, perhaps your mother had a bad temper. But if you consider all of these things, you may realize that it is not you who is supposed to forgive them; rather, you may even need to be forgiven. Perhaps because of the mindset you had, you have hurt them, upset them, or behaved harshly toward them, thinking that you were right. I myself was trying to forgive someone for fifteen years, but later I realized that this person was the one who needed to forgive me. If you look at the matter from the perspective of fairness, blessings, and gratitude, the entire equation will change.
