امیدوارم خوب باشید، من خوب هستم و به کارهای روزانه می‌پردازم و همزمان پیگیر تحقیقات کنگره هستم، بایستی توجه کافی هم به برنامه‌ریزی D.SAP داشته باشیم فکر کنم امسال در مجموع ۵۰۰ تن یا ۵۰۰ هزار کیلوگرم سیب و انگور لازم داریم تا D.SAP سال آینده را مهیا نماییم.
چند وقتی است که نتوانستم نامه مفصلی برای شما بنویسم به همین جهت دلم برای شما فوق العاده تنگ شده است. پانل ما در کنگره بسیار موفقیت آمیز بود و متن سخنرانی شما کمک بسیار بزرگی بود برای اینکه من بتوانم آخرین میخ‌ها را بر تابوت افکار و اندیشه‌های غلط در درمان اعتیاد بکوبم و در پانل تهران گویی ما پنج نفر؛ شما آنی، آروین، شانی و من هر کدام از یک جبهه مطالب نو و جدید و کاملاً عملیاتی و کاربردی را مطرح کردیم و اندیشه‌های غلط در درمان اعتیاد را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار دادیم.
در ضمن همانطوری که مطلع هستید کنفرانس بوستون gab در اکتبر ۲۰۲۵ در ایالات متحده برگزار می‌گردد و از ما طبق سال‌های قبل دعوت به عمل آمد که برای سخنرانی مقاله ارائه نماییم و ما دو مقاله تحت عنوان‌های
• Molecular insights into addiction treatment and recovery: the Dezhakam Step Time Protocol and the power of genomics
• Behavioural and molecular impacts of the Dezhakam Step Time Protocol on an opium addiction rodent model
ارائه کردیم.
که متن سخنرانی را ضبط و فیلم آن را ارسال کردیم که البته دلایل و مدارک هستند که توسط دکتر آروین ارائه گردید اکنون فصل جدید و نگاهی نو در درمان اعتیاد در حال گشوده شدن است البته امیدوارم که در تاریخ برگزاری کنفرانس بتوانید از طریق فضای مجازی این سخنرانی را بشنوید.
در این کنفرانس‌ها من از درمانی سخنرانی کردم که بارها برای شما گفتم که درمان از نظر ما یعنی ما بتوانیم یک الکلی را درمان کنیم و سپس بعد از درمان بتواند در یک بار مشروب فروشی روزی ۸ ساعت کار کند و برای همه مشتری‌ها مشروب سرو کند و خودش نه وسوسه شود و نه بخورد، و من گفتم که هزاران سال است که درمان الکل و درمان مواد مخدر سر به مهر و بر جای خود استوار ایستاده است و هیچکس قادر به حل این مشکل نبوده است. و تنها راه حل آن مثلث DOD و سپس DST می‌باشد.
و اما در مورد سایر مقالات و موضوعات مختلف پزشکی کاملاً در حال تحقیق و بررسی هستیم که مقالات صرع و کلیت را برایتان ارسال کردم و متعاقب آن مجلات و کنفرانس‌های مختلف از ما دعوت به عمل آوردند که با آنها همکاری کنیم البته همانطور که گفتم مقاله تحقیقی آمفتامین از مجله روانپزشکی پذیرش گرفت که به زودی چاپ می‌شود و تمامی تغییرات اپی‌ژنتیکی که در اثر مصرف این ماده در بدن انسان رخ می‌دهد را مشاهده و مورد بررسی قرار دادیم و در این تحقیق مشخص می‌شود که در اثر تغییرات اپی‌ژنتیک، تغییرات بسیار زیاد و گسترده‌ای در فیزیولوژی انسان رخ می‌دهد که ما توانستیم با استفاده از متد DST و داروی OT اکثر این سیستم‌ها را باز تنظیم نماییم.
و امیدوارم به زودی برای مقاله فنتانیل هم که برای همین مجله ارسال کرده ایم پذیرش بگیریم و به زودی آن را هم منتشر کنیم و سپس برای بقیه مواد مخدر و الکل؛ چون همانطوری که گفتیم تصمیم داریم که یک سری تحقیقات زنجیره‌ای در مورد کلیه مواد و الکل انجام بدهیم و نتیجه نهایی در مورد کلیه مواد را مشاهده کنیم.
بیل عزیز، شنبه آینده یعنی حدود ۶ روز دیگر باز هم دادن شال به راهنمایان تازه‌واردین را داریم، حدود ۲۰۰ نفر، و بلافاصله شنبه بعدی یعنی ۱۳ روز دیگر ۲۰۰ نفر راهنمای dst و شال نارنجی را داریم که مراسم آنها را اگر خداوند بخواهد اجرا خواهیم کرد.
موضوع دیگر: این هفته در کنگره ۶۰ هفته ایجنت و مرزبان می‌باشد، در این هفته در تمامی گروه‌ها جشن گرفته می‌شود و کلیه اعضای کنگره به وسیله دادن پاکت که درون آن پول است از مرزبانان و ایجنت خود سپاسگزاری می‌کنند البته درون پاکت ممکن است یک دلار باشد و یا ۱۰ دلار و یا بیشتر، بستگی به افراد دارد. به هر حال بیل عزیز ما سعی می‌کنیم به عنوان‌های مختلف در کنگره جشن بگیریم و از افراد مختلف که در کنگره خدمتگزار هستند تقدیر و تشکر کنیم.
البته لازم به ذکر است امسال تیم راگبی ۷ نفره ما در کشور مقام سوم کشوری را به دست آورد، به هر حال هم اکنون تیم راگبی کنگره ۶۰ تیم سوم کشور می‌باشد، البته مدتی بود که قهرمانی مسابقات ورزشی را فراموش می‌کردم که برایتان بنویسم. و گروه موسیقی کنگره که فکر می‌کنم حدود ۷۰ تا ۱۰۰ نفر هستند، در حال آموزش موسیقی و یاد گرفتن نوازندگی انواع سازها هستند و در حال فعالیت زیر نظر فرزند ارشدم امین که امیدوارم برای دو یا سه سال دیگر ارکستر سمفونی کنگره ۶۰ و یا یک چیزی شبیه ارکستر سمفونی کنگره ۶۰ آماده اجرا شود.

Dear Bill,
I hope you are well. I am also doing fine, engaged in my daily activities. At the same time, I continue to follow up on and conduct research related to Congress 60, while also needing to devote full attention to the planning of D.Sap. I believe that this year, in total, we will need about 500 tons—or 500,000 kilograms—of apples and grapes to prepare next year’s D. Sap.
It has been some time since I last wrote you a detailed letter, which is why I miss you tremendously. Our panel at the congress was very successful, and your presentation text was an enormous help, allowing me to drive the final nails into the coffin of false ideas and misconceptions about addiction and its treatment. In that panel, you, Annie, Arvin, Shani, and I each presented new, practical, and groundbreaking ideas from different perspectives, directly confronting and dismantling the wrongheaded approaches to addiction treatment.
As you know, we have once again been invited, as in past years, to present at the upcoming Boston GAB Conference in the United States in October 2025. We submitted two papers:
• Molecular insights into addiction treatment and recovery: the Dezhakam Step Time Protocol and the power of genomics
• Behavioural and molecular impacts of the Dezhakam Step Time Protocol on an opium addiction rodent model
We recorded the talks and submitted the videos. The supporting evidence and documentation were presented by Dr. Arvin. Now, a new chapter and a fresh perspective on addiction are unfolding. I sincerely hope you will be able to watch the presentations virtually when the conference is held.
In these conferences, I have repeatedly emphasized a crucial point: true recovery is not simply abstinence. If we can treat an alcoholic in such a way that after treatment he can work eight hours a day in a bar, serving drinks to customers without experiencing cravings or relapsing—that is real recovery. For thousands of years, alcohol and drug addiction have remained unsolved mysteries, unyielding to every attempt at resolution. The only genuine solution lies in the DOD triangle and then the DST method.
Meanwhile, we continue to research other medical subjects. I already sent you our articles on sarcoidosis and colitis. Following those, we have been receiving frequent invitations from journals and conferences worldwide to collaborate. As I mentioned before, our study on amphetamine was accepted in a psychiatry journal and will soon be published. In this article, we examined all the epigenetic changes caused by the use of this substance, showing how it alters human physiology on a massive scale. Using DST and the OT medicine, we have been able to reset and restore many of these disrupted systems.
I also hope that the article on fentanyl, which we recently submitted to the same journal and which is currently under review, will be accepted and published soon. After that, we plan to conduct a series of chain-linked studies on other substances and alcohol so that we can ultimately present a complete picture and draw final conclusions regarding all drugs.
Dear Bill, next Saturday—about six days from now—we will hold another ceremony of granting the shawls to new comers guides, about 200 in number. The Saturday after that—13 days from now—we will hold the ceremony for another 200 DST guides receiving their orange scarves, God willing.
Another matter: this week at Congress 60 is Agent and Marzban Appreciation Week. In all groups, celebrations are held, and members show their gratitude to their Marzbans and Agents by giving envelopes that contain money. The amount may vary—from one dollar to ten dollars or more—depending on the individual. At Congress 60, we try to create occasions under various titles to celebrate and honor those who serve.
I should also mention that this year our seven-member rugby team won third place in the national tournament. I had forgotten to update you for some time about our sporting achievements.
Our music group at Congress 60, consisting of around 70 to 100 members, continues their training in playing various instruments under the supervision of my eldest son, Amin. We hope that within the next two or three years, Congress 60 will have its own symphony orchestra—or something very close to it—ready to perform.
