امیدوارم خوب باشید و من هم خوب هستم و در حال ادامه کارها هستم و تمام سعی و تلاش من این است که ارتباط خوبی با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی داشته باشم و در این مسیر در حال تلاش هستیم و نقاط همکاری مشترکی نیز پیدا کرده‌ایم و در برگزاری چندین کنگره پزشکی در مورد اعتیاد همکاری بسیارخوبی با دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، مددکاری و روانشناسی داشته‌ایم.
و اما از من سؤال کرده بودید که روش درمان در نقاط مختلف ایران بنا به مصرف و نوع فرهنگ با هم تفاوت دارد؟

جواب:
در کنگره 60 روش درمان و ریکاوری برای کلیه مواد، در کلیه شهرها کاملاً یکسان است و کوچکترین تفاوتی وجود ندارد؛ زیرا از دیدگاه ما اعتیاد یک بیماری است و درمان بیماری همیشه یک روش مشخص دارد. برای مثال همان روش‌هایی که برای بیماران قلبی امریکا انجام می‌گیرد همان روش هم در ایران انجام می‌گیرد و این مسئله ارتباطی با فرهنگ و با نقطه جقرافیایی ندارد. حال بیمار خواه سفیدپوست باشد و یا زردپوست و یا سرخ‌پوست.

به همین دلیل روش درمان و ریکاوری اعتیاد در کنگره 60 دقیقاً در هر نقطه از جهان می‌تواند اجرا گردد. حتماً بخاطر دارید که آزمون برای راهنمائی بصورت سراسری اجرا می‌شود و این آزمون شامل نکات فنی مربوط به نوع مواد مخدر و همین طور جهان بینی می‌باشد و خوشبختانه ما توانستیم از امکاناتِ تکنولوژی بیشترین بهره را بگیریم و افراد می‌توانند هر هفته درس‌های جدید را از طریق گوشی همراهشان و با استفاده از یک اپلیکیشن استفاده نمایند.
همانطوریکه در حال حاضر در حال استفاده از هوش مصنوعی برای یکسان سازی آموزش‌های خود استفاده می‌کنیم.

اما سؤال دوم شما مربوط خانم‌های مصرف کننده بود. 

پاسخ: همان‌طوریکه نیک می‌دانید اعتیاد و معتاد بودن یک برچسب نامناسب و زشت است برای آقایان. در فرهنگ و مسائل مذهبی ما این برچسب برای خانم‌ها بسیار تا بسیار زشت‌تر می‌باشد.

بنابراین بایستی شرایط را برای پذیرش خانم‌های مصرف کننده که اکثراً توسط اعضای خانواده خودشان و یا دوستانشان معتاد شده بودند فراهم می‌کردیم تا خانم‌ها اعتماد کنند و همینطور اعضای خانواده آنها تا بتوانند وارد برنامه درمان شوند. برای این کار بایستی حتماً جلسه آنها جداگانه باشد و آقایان مصرف کننده در آن مکان نباشند. به همین دلیل زیرساخت این کار سال‌ها بطول انجامید و اکنون به مرحله‌ای رسیده که ده مرکز بسیار فعال مربوط به خانم‌ها مصرف کننده داریم که تمامی خدمات و مسئولین آنها خانم‌ها هستند و هیچ آقایی در هیچ قسمت از کارگاه‌های آنها حضور ندارد و هم اکنون این گروه بسیار قوی و منسجم عمل می‌کنند و حتی در بعضی از شهرها برای خودشان ساختمان جداگانه دارند که مالکیت ساختمان‌های آنها متعلق به کنگره 60 می‌باشد و همیشه هویت آن‌ها کاملاً محفوظ است. مگر افرادیکه داوطلب باشند که پیام رهایی را بدهند.

سؤال سوم: درمورد نوجوانان و جوانان که درصد آنها در کنگره 60 خیلی کمتر از امریکا هست. 

پاسخ: من در این مورد آمار دقیقی ندارم ولی ما در کنگره 60 افراد زیر 18 سال را برای اینکه در آینده برای ما مشکل خاصی پیدا نشود، چون آنها از نظر قوانین به سن قانونی نرسیده‌اند، از پذیرش آنها در کنگره 60 جلوگیری می‌کنیم. ولی برای پذیرش 18 سال به بالا مشکل خاصی نداریم. برای رسیدن به پاسخ صحیح برای سؤال، بایستی سایر منابع مورد بررسی قرار گیرد و در صورتیکه پاسخ به این سؤال ضروری باشد لازم است فرصت داشته باشیم تا موضوع را مورد ارزیابی قرار بدهیم؛ ولی من تاکنون هیچ مرکز خاصی را برای درمان مخصوص جوانان و نوجوانان سراغ ندارم.
ولی در کنگره 60 درمان جوان 18 ساله با فرد 70 ساله هیچ تفاوتی ندارد و بسیار مهم و جالب است که همه باهم باشند. چون جوانان به افراد مسن انرژی می‌دهند و باهم می‌گویند و می‌خندند و ورزش می‌کنند و همکلاسی هستند و جوانان هم از افراد مسن تجربه می‌آموزند و آن‌ها مثل معلم آن‌ها هستند.

درکنگره 60 به‌آرامی سیگار کشیدن ممنوع است. همین‌طور اضافه‌وزن و کسی که اضافه‌وزن داشته باشد هیچ خدمتی به او داده نمی‌شود و افراد کنگره 60 به شوخی به یکدیگر می‌گویند تا می‌توانید چای، قهوه و نوشابه بخورید چون ممکن است فردا توسط دژاکام آن‌ها هم ممنوع می‌شود و کلی با یکدیگر می‌خندند.

Regarding your question about whether the treatment methods in different parts of Iran vary based on the type of substance or cultural differences: 
In Congress 60, the treatment and recovery method for all substances is completely uniform across all cities, with no differences whatsoever. From our perspective, addiction is a disease, and the treatment of a disease always follows a specific method. For example, the same methods used for heart disease in America are applied in Iran as well. This has nothing to do with culture or geographical location, whether the patient is white, yellow, or red-skinned. Therefore, the addiction treatment and recovery method in Congress 60 can be implemented anywhere in the world. 

You may recall that the guide certification exam is conducted nationwide, covering technical aspects related to the type of drug and worldview. Fortunately, we have made the most of technology, and individuals can access new lessons every week through their mobile phones using an application. We are also currently using artificial intelligence to standardize our educational programs. 

Regarding your second question about female consumers: 
As you know, addiction and being an addict carry an unfavorable and stigmatizing label in society. For men, this label is bad, but in our cultural and religious context, it is even more stigmatizing for women. Therefore, we had to create conditions for female consumers—who are often introduced to addiction by family members or friends—to feel safe and trust the process, and for their families to join the treatment program. For this, their sessions had to be completely separate, with no male consumers present. This required years of infrastructure development, and now we have reached a point where we have 10 highly active centers for female consumers, all managed and staffed by women. No men are involved in any part of their workshops. These groups are now very strong and cohesive. In some cities, they even have their own separate buildings owned by Congress 60, and they are expanding rapidly while ensuring their identities remain fully protected, except for those who volunteer to share their message of recovery. 

Your third question was about teenagers and young adults, whose percentage in Congress 60 is much lower than in America. 
I don’t have precise statistics on this, but in Congress 60, we do not accept individuals under 18 years old to avoid potential legal issues, as they are not yet of legal age. However, there are no restrictions for those over 18. To provide an accurate answer, other sources would need to be reviewed, and if this question is critical, we would need time to evaluate the matter further. However, I have not yet seen any specific centers dedicated to the treatment of teenagers and young adults. In Congress 60, the treatment for an 18-year-old is no different from that for a 70-year-old, and it’s quite interesting that they are all together. Young people bring energy to older individuals, they talk, laugh, exercise, and learn together as classmates. Meanwhile, young people learn from the experiences of older individuals, who act as their teachers. 

In Congress 60, smoking is gradually being completely banned, as is excess weight. Those who are overweight are not offered serving/voluntary positions. Nowadays, Congress 60 members jokingly say to each other, “Drink as much tea, coffee, and soda as you can because tomorrow Dezhakam might ban those too,” and they laugh together about it.
