امیدوارم خوب باشید و پس از بستری شدن در بیمارستان برای درمان قلب، اکنون حال خوشی داشته باشید. ناگفته نماند، همانطوری که مطلع هستید بیش از ۱۰ سال قبل برای قلب من نیز مشکلی پیش آمد که در بیمارستان بستری شدم و نتیجه آن درمان سیگار و ایجاد لژیون‌های ویلیام وایت شد که هم اکنون این لژیون‌ها بسیار قدرتمند شده‌اند و حداقلِ بازگشت به سیگار را دارند و در کنگره مثل درمان شدن مواد مخدر به راحتی از نظر سیگار به درمان می‌رسند، در حقیقت می‌توان گفت رها شدن از سیگار حدود ۳۰ درصد رها شدگان از مواد مخدر می‌باشد و این رقم مرتباً در حال افزایش است و من اطمینان دارم که هرچه برای ما پیش آید خیر است، امیدوارم با عمل جراحی که روی قلب شما انجام گرفته دارای قلبی قوی و نیرومند شده باشید و اطمینان دارم که چنین است.
موضوع دیگر اینکه در گذشته در کشور ما خشخاش برای مصرف پزشکی کاشته می‌شد و افرادی که سن آنها از ۵۰ یا ۶۰ سال به بالا بود، با مراجعه به سیستم پزشکی میزان مصرف تریاک آنها مشخص می‌گردید که همه ماهه برای دریافت سهمیه تریاک خود به داروخانه مراجعه می‌کردند، ولی پس از انقلاب کاشت تریاک ممنوع اعلام گردید و کلیه کوپن‌های تریاک باطل شد و ما برای مصارف پزشکی می‌بایست از سایر کشورها با قیمت بالا تریاک وارد می‌کردیم ولی هم اکنون قوانینی در حال تصویب است که کاشت تریاک برای مصارف پزشکی با شرایط مخصوص و تحت نظر مامورین دولت آزاد اعلام گردد.
و این به نظر من بهترین کاری بود که انجام گرفت. من از سالیان دراز همیشه موافق کاشت تریاک در کشورم بودم و در بعضی از سخنرانی‌های خودم نیز به آن اشاره کرده بودم، چون به اعتقاد من اگر بخواهم بگویم که تریاک طلای قهوه‌ای است فکر می‌کنم که مقام و منزلت تریاک را پایین آورده ام، بایستی گفت که تریاک جواهر بسیار تا بسیار ارزشمند است زیرا اگر درست و صحیح استفاده گردد می‌تواند جان میلیون‌ها نفر انسان را از مرگ حتمی نجات بخشد متاسفانه از تریاک فقط به عنوان مسکن استفاده می‌کنند در حالی که تریاک یک درمان کننده بی‌نظیر است و شما به خوبی مشاهده کرده‌اید که در طول سالیان متمادی با استفاده از تریاک توانستیم بیش از یکصد هزار نفر را به درمان قطعی برسانیم و این مسئله بی‌نظیر است.
استفاده از تریاک برای از بین بردن درد بسیار نیکو است اما این مسئله مثل این است که ما از طلا برای ساخت بیل و کلنگ استفاده کنیم و همینطور مانند آن است که از طلا سطل زباله تولید کنند.
به اعتقاد من تریاک دارویی است که اگر به اندازه لازم و طبق متد dst مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد توانایی درمان بسیار از بیماری‌های لاعلاج را که امروز جهان پزشکی هیچ راهی برای آنها ندارد را دارا است.
من هر روزه با این مسئله روبرو می‌شوم که معتادانی که درمان اعتیاد را با متد DST به پایان رسانده اند انواع و اقسام بیماری‌های لاعلاج داشته‌اند که به درمان رسیده است.
به هر حال من بی‌صبرانه منتظر مقاله شما هستم که مسئولیت ادامه آن را به دکتر ساراپاس واگذار کرده‌اید که منتشر گردد، البته بایستی صبر کنیم.
من در این مدت برای بازدید ساختمان خریداری شده جدید برای خانم‌های مسافر که در حال بازسازی است به شهر اصفهان رفتم که در ۴۵۰ کیلومتری تهران قرار دارد و همینطور برای بازدید ساختمان دانشگاه رهسپار جزیره قشم شدم که عکس‌هایی را برایتان می‌فرستم، البته کنگره ۶۰ در اکثر شهرها در حال ساخت شعب مختلف می‌باشد که اگر بخواهم عکس‌های آنها را بفرستم خیلی زیاد است ولی سعی می‌کنم که این کار را به انجام برسانم.

I hope you are well and in good spirits after your hospitalization for heart treatment.
It goes without saying that, as you know, more than ten years ago I also faced heart problems and was hospitalized. The result of that experience was the discovery of a method for quitting smoking and the creation of the William White Legions. These legions have now grown very strong, and the relapse rate to smoking among them is minimal. Within Congress 60, smoking cessation is now as achievable as the treatment of drug addiction.
We can say that the number of people who have quit smoking is about 30% of those who have recovered from drug addiction, and this number continues to increase steadily. I am certain that whatever happens to us ultimately leads to good. I hope this heart procedure has left you with a strong and powerful heart, and I am confident that it has.
Another topic I wanted to share is that in the past, our country cultivated opium poppies for medical use. People over the age of 50 or 60 could visit the medical system to have their opium dosage determined, and each month they would go to a pharmacy to collect their share of opium. However, after the revolution, opium cultivation was banned, and all opium coupons were invalidated. Consequently, we had to import opium from other countries at high cost. Now, however, new laws are being approved to allow the cultivation of opium for medical purposes under specific conditions and supervision.
In my view, this is one of the best decisions ever made. I have long been an advocate for the medical cultivation of opium and have mentioned this point in some of my speeches. In my belief, calling opium “brown gold” actually diminishes its status. It should be regarded as an exceptionally precious jewel, because when used properly and correctly, it can save millions of lives from certain death.
Unfortunately, opium is often seen merely as a painkiller or sedative, whereas in truth it is a unique healing medicine. As you have witnessed over the years, through the proper use of opium, we have been able to achieve complete recovery for more than one hundred thousand people—an unprecedented outcome.
Using opium simply to relieve pain is like using gold to make shovels and pickaxes. Likewise, those who abuse opium or heroin for addiction are, in essence, using gold to make garbage bins.
In my view, opium is a medicine which—if used in proper dosage and according to the DST method—has the potential to cure many incurable diseases for which modern medicine currently has no solution.
Every day I see cases of people who have completed their addiction treatment using the DST method and the OT medicine, and have also recovered from various chronic and so-called incurable diseases.
In any case, I am eagerly awaiting your article, which you mentioned has been handed over to Dr. Sarapas for final revisions before publication. We must be patient.
During this period, I traveled to the city of Isfahan, located 450 kilometers from Tehran, to visit a newly purchased building for female travelers that is currently being renovated.
I also went to Qeshm Island to inspect the new university building there, and I will send you some photos of it.
