I sent 25 DVDs of Shani’s movies and I hope that you will get them soon. A handy crafted vase which is made and colored by a traveler of Isfahan branch is also sent for you. And a peacock statute which is made of brass and crafted (with a hammer) by also another traveler of Isfahan branch is sent to you as a token and symbol of our friendship. 10 William White legion tokens- which is dedicated to those who finished smoking cessation- are sent as well. Some tokens of the pact of eighth valley is sent too- which is dedicated to those who carry-out the ceremony of this pact.
Dear Bill, we cease every created opportunity in Congress 60 to make travelers rebuild their lost self-confidence and to make them glow.
Meanwhile please do send one of Shani’e DVDs to our dear mutual friend Ernie and please extend my greetings to him and tell him: Hossein is thinking about you always.

Your gifts arrived in perfect condition yesterday, which is amazing considering the distance they traveled across the world. The vase and peacock statue are beautiful and have joined the vase you sent earlier on display in my living room. Please extend my warmest thanks to the travelers from the Isfahan Branch who crafted them. The beauty wrought with their hands now warms my heart. The tokens are also greatly appreciated. I have always admired the photos of them and am delighted to now have these to wear and display over my writing desk.
I watched Shani’s film this morning and was deeply moved by it. What wonderful, inspiring images and messages and music that stirs one’s heart. Please thank Shani for her work on this and for sharing it with me. I will send a copy to our friend Ernie Kurtz and to many other recovery leaders here in the U.S.
The first completed paper on Congress 60’s history, philosophy and methods is now being prepared for final submission. The review process for the scientific and policy journals usually takes from 1-2 and sometimes 3 months. I will keep you posted and let you know as soon as we hear if the paper has been accepted. I will be submitting it to the International Journal of Drug Policy and if it is not accepted there, I will submit it to one of the major treatment journals.
I want to remind you to send me your mailing address. The new edition of Slaying the Dragon will be back from the printer soon and I want to send you a copy of it.
