I also always enjoy receiving new communication from you. I usually read each one a few times while smiling.
You mentioned financial matters and how they can become problematic.
I believe each NGO, organization, and family must be based on at least three pillars to stand fast on earth. If one pillar fails, that organization will fail or struggle to survive.
Knowledge about the work at hand.

The key to managing an NGO is:
"The product must be valuable so commerce can happen."
What I mean is that what NGOs offer must be of value. Congress 60's independence is because we have found the proper cure for addiction.
It may sound strange to many people, but people with an addiction are an endless treasure! We need to be able to extract it. The way to extract it is to provide them a certain cure, not an ongoing treatment. Hopefully, we will prove this via our molecular and cellular experiments.
The Didehban celebration week is over, and the "tree planting" week is upon us. Each second journey traveler or co-traveler must plant a tree this week and nurture it for the coming 3 to 5 years. I will send some photos.
In 10 days, Ramadan starts, and this year, Ramadan and Nowruz are collided.
Nowruz is the Iranian New Year and is calculated based on the earth circling around the sun, which takes 365 days. Ramadan is based on the Arabian year, which is 354 days. That is why there is an 11-day difference each year. Thus, sometimes, Nowruz and Ramadan collide.
During Nowruz, Congress 60 is on holiday; I will let you know when it starts.
We are trying to create a huge music group (orchestra), and I have assigned Amin, my eldest child, to this task, and he has 5 years to deliver. All the members started from zero(to learn how to play), and we provided them with paid music teachers(from outside of our community). Each week on Friday, they practice at the "Simorgh"(Phoenix) building.
I will be sending photos and videos from my visit to them.
You asked about long-term recovery and its stages.
If a pregnant woman asks the doctor about how long it takes for me to deliver my child, the doctor would answer about 9 months. The doctor wouldn't ask: how many children do you have? Or how old are you? How much do you weigh? Are you black, white, red or...? How old is your husband?
Congress 60 is the same!
When a newcomer enters Congress 60, we don't care what they use, how old they are, or how much they use. They are told the treatment period is at least 10 months and may be extended by 2 or 3 months.
We posit the most critical issue is to balance the "X system," which takes at least 10 months.
This is the long-term recovery! In other words, the recovery and the medicine-based treatment start simultaneously, just like a coin with two faces.
We must teach people the "art of living" to do so; they need "living science," and the living science is the worldview. The worldview must be approved by universal wisdom. All accept Universal wisdom apart from nationality, culture, religion, etc.
Recovery will be tough if we fail to balance the X system. It is like giving a horse with a broken ankle to the coach and asking him to prepare the horse for the race!
Dear Bill,
The initial results of amphetamine research, which were done by highly advanced technology in England, were really exciting. We had blood, brain tissue, and spinal fluid samples, so some work was done in our laboratory.
I posit these researches will unravel the secrets of addiction and transform it into a curable illness.
