I didn’t write because I wanted you to have enough time for Troy’s wedding. Once again I congratulate this blissful wedding to you and your dear family and I wish a healthy and prosperous life for you all.
Moments ago I spoke with a traveler of Congress 60 who is entering the questionaries’ data and he said it will be completed until the end of the week.
I spoke with Dr. Daneshmand as well and he said 2 or 3 days after completion of data entering we will be able to send you the raw data. He said he will write to you as well. I think you will get the raw data in 15 days.
As you know we gather in a park on Friday mornings and we exercise, Fridays are holidays in Iran. Every Friday morning at 7.30 the great William White legion (smoking cessation legion) is held for an hour in this park. And in most of Congress60 branches William White legions are being held before the group therapy sessions starts. And now everyone in Congress 60 know you well and they thank you by name when they talk in their shares (when they talk).
Dear Bill, it is unbelievable even for me, it hasn’t passed 2 years from my own smoking cessation that 80 percent of our guides are doing it as well. Step by step smoking in Congress 60 is becoming a disvalue for those who has accomplished addiction treatment. I believe addiction treatment will be completed with smoking cessation.
Dear friend, if I want to make a comparison between D.S.T method (addiction treatment and smoking cessation) and other methods it is like:
Treatment with D.S.T method: traveling with a best airplane and staying in 5 stars hotels at Canaries Island.
Other methods are like traveling by foot or using a dog sled on ice and staying in tents or ice made homes of Eskimos at North Pole.

Dear Hossein,
It is always good to hear from you. Troy and Kim’s wedding was a wonderful event, and Rita and I so enjoyed this concentrated time with our expanding family. You and I have both been blessed with families that provide the foundation for this larger mission we have taken on.
I am in touch with Dr. Daneshmand and look forward to the data from the second questionnaire. Data from the first has been entered, and we will start the more detailed analysis once the other data arrives. I do hope to start working on a draft of the paper in January, which I will send to you and Dr. Daneshmand for your suggested edits and revisions. I will also be sending along questions that I am sure will arise while I am working on the draft.
Please extend my regards to all members of the William White legion. I continue to be honored to have these legions bear my name. Like you, I did not realize the incompleteness of my recovery until I stopped smoking. Smoking was so prevalent in the cultuer in which I grew up that it was not viewed as an addiction, and I never saw it as that until many years into my own recoverry from other druig dependencies. Today, I realize what an important step shedding nicotine addiction was to my recovery process and to my overall health. My deepest congratulations and encouragement to all of those in Congress 60 who are taking this important step.
I would like to do a blog for my website on smoking cessation in Congress. Would you be willing to co-author it with me? I could do a draft for you to review and revise. Let me know if this would be of interest. This would be separate from the paper we are working on.
Since I have ended all but one of my consulting contracts, my life has taken on a slower, more balanced rhythm. I continue to write each morning but am taking more time for reading and thinking and more time with family. Life is sweet.
