I hope you had a good travel. Dear Bill, as one traveler starts his journey, another one reaches his destination. And as a child is born another person leaves this world, as a book is closed another book will be opened and this is the law of life. My condolences for passing Rita’s sister and I hope that life would taste savory for you soon enough.
Dear Bill, I am delighted and I congratulate that the “Slaying the dragon” is released. It is an honor for me that my friend has accomplished such a great book which will remain eternal forever.
My dear friend, as you know, Ramadan is started and today is the third day of Ramadan and I am busy with cooking for dinner and surely you know that in this month free food is served in all the branches of Congress 60. This is interesting that all the cooks are travelers of Congress 60. I have asked Ehsan to select and send you photos of Ramadan from all branches. My apologies for our communication will slow down a bit in this month.

I understand our communications will slow during Ramadan as they have in earlier years. Thank you for the photos Ehsan has sent me. I so enjoy these images from daily life in Congress 60.
This month I will be working to finish a small book project on the history of addiction counseling in the U.S. After that, I hope to return to our work together on the smoking cessation project.
