Doing sports in Congress60

Doing sports in Congress60

Doing sports means getting into blissful state

Have you ever heard "not to do exercises is equal to losing something"? It is right. If we do not do exercises to strengthen ourselves, we will lose our health surely. In Congress60, doing exercises is emphasized because of the importance of sports for individuals to reach balance.

The most important difference between Congress60 and other Drug Treatment Centers is that other centers believe that a substitute must be chosen to replace drugs; therefore, they use/recommend doing sports and exercises to addicts, but because their inner-opioid system is not re-built, their body cannot bear the pressure of sports in a long time so these individuals start to use drugs again.

But the belief of Congress60 is that doing sports is not a substitute for drugs and Mr. Dezhakam emphasizes that we do sports to be healthy and to feel blissful. In Congress60, the aim of doing sports is not to train champions but its view is to change the championship sport to kindness and love sport and we can see it  happens in different matches in Taleqani Park. "Balance takes precedence over treatment" and for reaching this aim, three dimensions- body, psyche and worldview- must grow equally. It is said in Congress60  that doing sports and having healthy nutrition have a great role in physical and mental health. In fact, the Congress60's worldview towards sport gives me the opportunity to examine myself in the middle of matches to notice how much the unique instructions of Congress60 have been effective to me to clean up vices like jealousy, hatred and duplicity. And am I able to execute justice, love, kindness and respect among the players and to show these virtues to them? It should be pointed out that Taleqani Park is the best place for me, and all companions are respectable and dear for me because they help me to come to Park and do sports on Fridays and feel peace, vitality and vivacity.
