The ninth session of 59th round of the Academy Branch Workshops was held on 6 July, 2017 at 11:10 a.m., this meeting was held by Master Dezhakam as the master and Mrs. Zahra as the secretary and the weekly agenda was "the sanctity of Congress60".
Hello friends, I am Hossein, I am fine and hope you are all keeping well. Today's agenda is "the sanctity of Congress60". Everything has its own sanctity meaning that it has its own frame to which you cannot approach. A road or a river has its sanctity near which you cannot build your house. Of course there are some people who build their house near a river or road and after a while, (a flood) or a trailer will come and destroy it.
We have no police in Congress60 nor law-enforcers or the judiciary. Some of us refused to accept that they are guilty when they were caught with heroin or drugs. They were whipped but they said that the drugs are not ours. A drug-abuser makes mess in a family or town; however, in Congress60, no one insults others, no one fights against others, and families' sanctity is kept in Taleqani Park. Everyone in Congress60 is required to do their own work. In paradise, you will not here nonsense, when the paradise residents see each other, they only say "hello" to each other. Congress60's members are not allowed to work with each other or have financial relations, because this will lead to conflicts among them.
Lying is forbidden in Congress60. When a guide asks their pupil what drugs they consume, they must tell the truth. When we have not outer Congress60 relations, we will not have any quarrels. When the columns of a building come very close together, the building will collapse, if they are very far from each other, the building will collapse either.
If you make no relations, nothing will happen, in this way, peace exists and is kept. Congress60's sanctity is read twice in each session which shows the importance of that. We are not allowed to backbite or reproach people. If you approve a person while backbiting another person, they will maintain their blame. We are not allowed to interrupt each other speech. We have to avoid using offensive words when speaking. Having jokes and laughing are sometimes good; however, kidding will degrade you. If your pupil sends you a joke and you laugh, they will send worse jokes and in this way they will no longer obey you.
When speaking to your addressees, you are not allowed to use "singular" pronouns! Only intimate friends are allowed to use singular pronouns to address their friends. The elders must speak in a way that the younger acquire (how to respect people)! Human beings' sanctity is made through their own behaviours. With your own behavior, you will allow people to intrude into your sanctity. When you are kidding someone, you must be ready to get kidded! If you tell a joke, be very careful not to mock other ethnic communities.
In Congress60, you are not allowed to pay or receive money without informing the authorities. You are not allowed to give loan. Congress60 does not take any responsibility in this regard. You cannot give money to any one without telling the authorities.
A person came to me telling someone owes me a debt and he has not returned money. I replied that that "he has done the correct work, you were not allowed to give him money".
In Congress60, men also are required to wear appropriate clothes, in Congress60, you cannot leave the two top buttons of your shirt open. Men are not allowed to wear necklace or take rosary in hand. Men should wear clean shoes and clean and white clothes. When you are not looking like ordinary people, they become similar to drug-abusers. When you wear inappropriate clothes, they will come and arrest you!
Using coloured underwear is in vogue right now and some men use them under the name of T-shirts! Guides are not allowed to wear their scarf on t-shirts.
In Congress60, you are not allowed to give or receive telephone numbers. You may take a heroin-abuser's telephone number. One day, he may not come to Congress60 and you may call him and his relatives answer the phone. You may ask why he has not come to Congress60 and his father may ask: "what is Congress60?" and you will explain, while the person himself has not told his family that he had been a heroin abuser! You now have made a mess!
You are not allowed to go to the members' houses for dinner.
If we had not the sanctity of Congress60, every day I had to hear many complaints. According to the sanctity of Congress60, you have to take care of your personal stuff. We have an adverb in Persian reading that keep your own stuff firmly and do not accuse your neighbor of stealing your stuff! When a person is not able to take care of their mobile phone, how are they able to take care of their life?
Do not put your bags on the chairs and leave the room! A stranger may come and take your bag. Avoid putting all your documents in your bags. If you lose your bag, everything will be lost! Have a spare key for your house and car and keep them in your office. Have a spare key of your office at home. A Congress60's membermust predict all of these situations.
All of the abovementioned rules make Congress60's sanctity. We have no debt to anyone, if we observe the sanctity.
In Congress60, we have no political discussions, we only work on our common points. We have come here only to treat our addiction, we are seeking for a land where we can live in peace.
Another point is to avoid trading in Pyramid companies in Congress60. Here we have no economic relations. No matter whether the Pyramid companies are legitimate or not, we are not allowed to have such companies here.
Another point is that some NGOs are gathering in parks; however, you are all gathering under a roof! In one of the branches, they have asked for gas coolers, have you forgotten why you are here? We gathered here to treat addiction to ice and crack. We have come here to solve an unsolvable problem, we are here to help human beings, we have not come to drink tea and rest under cooler! You can go to Ahvaz and see how hot it is! Tehran has a good weather.
Master Dezhakam ended his speech with reminding one of Congress60's guides: Mr. Amir-Hossein Bagheri.
Master Dezhakam maintained that we have talked about our travel (to the other world) a lot; however, we cannot tolerate his death. Then he asked the members to hold one minute of silence for Amir-Heosein. He maintained that not any one is allowed to serve people (the Lord does not allow them). Being a guide is an invaluable trait, appreciate this position's value and serve people.
